1. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order moves to processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following cases: ○ Product was damaged or defective on arrival (with unboxing video proof).
- Wrong item was sent by us.
- Cancellation request accepted within the valid cancellation window.
Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days from the confirmation and processed to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Personalized/custom-made items (unless defective).
- Late cancellation requests.
- Products returned without proper packaging or in used/damaged condition not caused by us.
